So I don't normally does this but it see like at this p I am out of options. I had a appointment June 4, 2026, did some labs and the result was send to myself and the provider. I was to get medication so I was expecting the doctor to call she did not so I reach out because I had bad symptoms and needed the medication. I call everyday up until June 10,2026 and I was told that the doctor ask another doctor to talk with me because I have another appointment coming up June 11,2026 which by the way had nothing to do with the first appointment. I said ok I went to the appointment June 11,2026 and the insurance reach out the next day to the pharmacy that the dosage need to be adjusted in order for the Insurance to cover the medication, however I called every day since I received that information, which was June 15, 2026, and every day I call they said the information being sent over to the doctor however, I still can’t receive my medication and today is June 19,2026 at 9:34am and I already call for today. Can someone of importance please look into this because I really need my medication. this is my primary doctor for my entire family, and I am seriously considering getting a different p

My personal experience with the Call Center is bad. I have to call lots of time, multiple ringing to get a rude lady on the phone that do not listen to my request day to see my Doctor. She make me feel that's it's not my appointment. It's her time, date and appointment. OMG please educate your employees to learn how to listen and answer the phone. Disappointment.
